OUR AUCTION INFO: We rarely impose reserve prices and try to keep our opening bid as low as possible. We have completed several thousand online sales, both through auctions and this website. We very proud of our feedback ratings and positive comments from our many satisfied customers. We hope that you'll become one of them!
WHAT WE SELL: Although the items we sell range from fun collectibles to hard-to-find antiques, we primarily specialize in vintage glass (opalescent, carnival & crystal), decorative porcelain (vases, knickknacks, figurines, etc.), collector plates, Disney collectibles, Marilyn Monroe & Hollywood memorabilia & photographs, china dinnerware, Cardew teapots, modern limited edition Barbie. However, we never know what we'll pick up at the next estate sale, so be sure to check back on a regular basis to see what's new.
QUESTIONS? If you've never purchased items from an Internet company or auction site, you may be wondering about our sales policies, what forms of payment we accept, shipping procedures, etc. All your questions should be answered on either the Sales Policies or FAQ pages. Of course, if you still have questions or concerns, feel free to via e-mail. We are generally available Monday thru Friday during "normal" business hours, and intermittently during weekends and holidays. (Please see our shop schedule page for more info.) We promise to respond as quickly as possible, and will usually get back to you within a couple hours. But, please give us the benefit of the doubt if it takes a little longer.... we are a small family business, not a mega-mall with a large staff.
NEW TO AUCTIONS? Entering the online auction world can be a little scary if you've never tried it. You probably have questions, and aren't sure who to ask. There are a lot of great books on the market that explain the auction process, offer advice on how to get the best deals, and more. We searched Amazon.com to find a couple of them for you. Take a look at these Online Auction Reference Books to learn how to be a pro at buying or selling in the auctions, or visit our Links Page for more auction related info. If you need research help before buying or selling online, check out our antiques and collectibles book recommendations.
