Huge Antique Oriental Ceramic Fish Shape Teapot ~ Heavy ceramic fish teapot measuring about 15.5" long and approximately 7" high at the tail, and weighing 5 pounds. The brightly colored decoration is either some sort of enameling or thick paint. The fish's mouth is the spout, and the tail is the handle. The lid finial is a gold painted fish. As you can see in the photo, the lid is not a perfect fit, but it is the original. I believe this piece is hand crafted, and possibly one of a kind. It is definitely old and very unique. The bottom has a detailed square red oriental mark -- I have not been able to identify it. No chips or cracks have been found, but there is moderate wear to the gold and some of the paint in several places, mostly where you would hold the teapot. A fantastic find! |

(6) Late 1800's CFH French Haviland Limoges Hand Painted Fruit Plates ~ Very nice white porcelain plates made in France circa the 1890's. Each measures about 8.25" in diameter, and is in excellent condition. I found no cracks. There is a small flat nick in the back of the rim of one of the peach colored plates. It is not sharp, and cannot be seen from the front. Three of the six plates are marked CFH in green underglaze (Charles Field Haviland); the other 3 plates are not marked, but they are exactly the same as the marked plates. Please contact us if you would like to see additional/close up photos of the individual plates. |

Rare Vaseline Art Deco Lady Figure Glass Flower Frog ~ Fantastic vintage green vaseline glass flower frog in the shape of a nude lady mermaid, with only some flowing kelp forming a thin layer of covering over her body. She is holding a shell behind her head that looks like a hat, and her long hair waves down her back. At her feet is a large tropical fish. The figure stands 7" tall and approximately3.25" wide at the base. In excellent condition with only a couple of very tiny nicks, but no significant flaws. A beautiful and very hard to find piece. Blue Czechoslovakia Gourd Shaped Ceramic Vase ~ This very unusual vintage pottery vase stands approximately 8" tall is 4" wide across the base. From a Southern California estate where we acquired many lovely Czech pottery and cut glass pieces. No chips or cracks. Some crazing can be seen inside the neck, but not on the exterior. The piece is a bright aqua or teal blue and has a band of art deco designs around the top and bottom in light blue, yellow, dark blue and rust colors. The bottom has a black circle mark that reads only "Czechoslovakia", and there is an impressed number 1053. |

RARE Large Tiffin Vaseline Green Depression Glass Vase w/ Poppy Flowers ~ Fantastic 1920's to 1930's vintage depression vintage vase made of bright green vaseline glass, with a large floral design in the poppies pattern. This is one of the largest antique vaseline vases I have ever had in stock..... it measures just under 9" tall, is approximately 7.5" across the middle, and weighs over 3.5 pounds! In remarkable condition -- I did not find any chips or cracks. There is some very (very) minor rub/handling wear in a couple places, 1 or 2 bubbles (manufacturing related), a couple of small spots inside that look like rust, and some dirt in the creases in the floral design. I believe the latter two will come off with some chemicals and elbow grease. A really fantastic piece that would be the highlight of any Tiffin, vaseline or vase collection. |

1950's Mastercrafter Horse Clock ~ A great older clock featuring a Quarterhorse in a Western Saddle standing next to a horseshoe clock. The piece is 12" wide and about 8" tall, and is made of a hard plastic with a metal backing. Can stand alone or be hung on a wall. In excellent condition. Other than small overall scratches on the plastic clock covering, there really aren't any flaws to speak of. The clock runs when you plug it in (you can hear the gears moving), but the hands sometimes slow or stop. I believe the piece only needs oiling and some tightening/adjustments. The clock is being sold "as is" with no warranty. |

1888 - 1896 Haviland Limoges Hand Painted Cup & Saucer w/ Purple Flowers ~ This is one of the nicest Limoges paint job I've seen. The really gorgeous cup stands about 2" high. The saucer is about 5.25" in diameter. Both are in very nice condition with no chips. The cup, however, has a very faint 3-way star hairline starting inside the bottom/side about 1/4" long, maybe a bit more. It is so faint I nearly missed it on first inspection. This flaw cannot be seen on the outside of the cup, and the set displays beautifully. The saucer has a pinpoint spot of missing glaze on the back -- a manufacturing flaw. An amazing find for the Limoges fan! |

Large Vintage Phoenix Artware Pale Blue Art Glass Vase w/ Fern Leaf or Water Lily Design ~ Very pretty 11" tall milk glass vase with a light blue satin finish and white raised leaves that look like ferns, or maybe water lily. Approximately 5.5" in diameter at the widest point. There is one tiny black spot on the body that could be a rub or manufacturing flaw... I can't tell which. (Click on the photo at left to see the large photo.) The black spot is to the left of the largest full-view leaf just under the stem of that leaf. The piece is a bit dirty, but I don't want to soak it as the bottom still has about 80% of the original Phoenix Artware sticker still attached. Other than the black spot noted above, I could not find any flaws. Thick quality glass - weighs over 3 pounds!! A pretty vintage art glass vase for the discriminating collector. |

Vintage Hand Painted German Demitasse Cup & Saucer w/ Raised Gold Detail ~ Pretty demitasse cup and saucer set with a circle mark that reads "Made in Germany". I have no idea of manufacturer, but I'm pretty sure this mark dates the set to before World War II. The cup is slightly under 2" high, and the saucer has a 4" diameter. Gold wear, but no chips or cracks that I could find. |

Old Porcelain Plate w/ 2 Cherubs or Boy Angels ~ Very nice 8" diameter white porcelain plate featuring an angel transfer on a light pink background with a raised relief border. No chips or cracks. There is a fair amount of wear to the gold rim - I'd estimate about 50%. I have no idea of age or maker, as the plate is not marked. |

1940's Chicago Theatre Program ~ Nice 12 page theater program from the 1940's measuring 9.25" high by 6.25" wide. Starring Billy House, Eddie Garr, Grade & Nikko, and many others. Overall in excellent condition, but with flaws: fold crease in upper right corner of cover w/ small tear, and old tape marks and tears on the back page. |

Beehive Porcelain Mustard Pot w/ Twig Handles ~ I'm still not quite sure what this is... I think it's a mustard, but it could also be a covered salt. It stands about 4" tall, and is in good condition. I could not find any chips or cracks, but there is significant darkening around the top of the base where fluids have gone into the piece through the unglazed rim. The piece is also significantly crazed. Neither of the above bother me, and I love vintage items that show their age. This little pot is not marked, but I would estimate it to be circa 1900 based on the Art Nouveau twig style handles. |

Antique French Limoges Game Bird Plate #1 ~ Beautiful early 1900's handpainted Limoges game bird plate entirely hand painted and signed by one artist (Muville), in exceptional condition with no chips, cracks, crazing, or evidence of repairs. Eleven matching plates are available.... buyers can choose any quantity. Our price is only $150 per plate, although the 1996 Encyclopedia of Limoges Porcelain (2nd Edition) lists an average book value of $250 to $400 EACH for similar game plates. Each plate features a different flying and/or standing bird scene -- they appear to be quail, ducks (mallards), pheasants, geese and/or sandpipers. Each plate measures 9.5" in diameter with a 7/8" ornate scalloped gold rim. All plates from this set are double marked with underglaze green Limoges France and star (Kovels #153G) Latrille Freres Mark #1 (factory), and a red overglaze (decorator mark) Lazeyras, Rosenfeld, and Lehman Mark #3 (Encyclopedia of Limoges by M. Gaston). They were fired between 1899 and 1913, and painted no later than 1922. Both companies were contemporary to Haviland from the Limoges region of France. All plates have a very minor degree of rubbing/swirls in the gold rim from handling and/or age. No other apparent flaws. Shipping is $8 for the first plate, and $2 for each additional plate.
